Welcome to Ministry of Shizz. These terms and conditions explain how we sell and supply our artwork to you. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms, so please take a moment to read them.

1. About Us

This website, https://ministryofshizz.co.uk/, is operated by Cheshire Gentlemen Ltd, trading as Ministry of Shizz.
Cheshire Gentlemen Ltd is registered in England under company number 13852854.

2. Our Products

We sell high-quality fine art prints. All prints are produced on museum-grade giclée paper using pigment inks designed for long archival life.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to differences between screens and printed colours.
  • Prints are supplied unmounted unless otherwise stated. Mounting or framing may be available upon request.
  • As many of our prints are made to order, small variations may occur due to the printing process.

Each product page includes details of size, materials and any special features.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or alternative.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable
  • there is a pricing or description error
  • payment is not authorised
  • the order appears fraudulent

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund promptly.

5. Delivery

Dispatch times appear on each product page and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order has left us.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the carrier’s service. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can put things right.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers usually have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receipt.

However, as many of our prints are made to order, returns may be restricted for personalised or made-to-order items. Each product page will indicate whether returns are accepted.

Where returns are permitted:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email hello@ministryofshizz.co.uk within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, imagery and written content on this website are protected by copyright.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical print only.
Copyright remains with the artist.

You must not:

  • copy or reproduce any artwork
  • scan or digitise prints
  • create derivative works
  • commercially reproduce or distribute any artwork

Any such use requires written permission from the artist or rights holder.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in activity that disrupts the site or its services.

We are not responsible for third-party sites that may be linked from our website.

We may update product information, pricing and website features at any time.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take data protection seriously.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how we comply with UK GDPR.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or data loss.
Our maximum liability in relation to any product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or limits liability where such limits are not permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes take effect as soon as they appear on this page.

Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
