We want you to be delighted with your artwork. Here’s how our returns process works.


Eligibility for Returns

Because many of our prints are made to order, some products are exempt from returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Each product page explains whether the item is:

  • returnable, or
  • made to order / personalised and therefore non-returnable

If you’re unsure, just drop us an email.


If Returns Are Accepted

For eligible items:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund you using your original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order prints
  • Personalised or custom-sized items
  • Artwork damaged due to customer handling or poor return packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
